These sessions are for all abilities who are wanting to improve fitness, use as part of a training plan or if you fancy something different. 

  • Hill Training (up hill & down hill, speed, timed)
  • Running  stamina & endurance
  • Speed, sprints, intervals, fartlek
  • Head torch (winter months)
  • Trail 
  • Mental strength

Meet at Dartmouth Park Oval, 18:30  Every Monday. We will aim to be finished at 19:30. 

All of our sessions are led by qualified British Triathlon Coaches.
