About the course

Age level: 18+ (16+ if accompanied by an adult)

A Triathlon with a difference - and lots of fun! It's a time based event, so you have 30 minutes for each discipline before heading to the next. And a generous 15 minutes for T1! We meet from 1pm at Studio 2 (at the bottom of the ramp at the Leisure Waters). We'll then head to the competition pool. After your 30 min in the water you can get changed in your own time before spin starts across in the big studio. An instructor will take us through a 30 min programme. And then we'll finish with 30 min on the track outside. And finally it's back to Studio 2 for tea/coffee and cake! Timetable: Pre-meet from 1pm Swim 2-2.30pm T1 Spin 2.45-3.15pm T2 Run 3.20-3.50pm Cake till 5pm
