About the course

Age level: 18+ (8+ if accompanied by an adult)

An Aquathlon with a difference - and lots of fun! It's a time based event, so you have 30 minutes for each discipline. And a generous 15 minutes for transition! We meet from 1pm at Studio 2 (at the bottom of the ramp at the Leisure Waters). We'll then head to the competition pool. After your 30 min in the water you can get changed in your own time before we'll head to the track outside for 30 min running. And finally it's back to Studio 2 for tea/coffee and cake! Timetable: Pre-meet from 1pm Swim 2.30-3pm Transition Run 3.20-3.50pm Cake till 5pm
