About the course

Age level: 18+ (16+ if accompanied by an adult)

Thank you - you are booked on the swimming session. Please meet on poolside just before 06.45 and bring along fins & pull buoy if you have them. If you are an advanced swimmer and have paddles, then please bring them along too. Please don't attend the session if you are unwell.
