About the course

Age level: 18+ (16+ if accompanied by an adult)

A Duathlon with a difference - and lots of fun! It's a time based event, so you have 30 minutes for each discipline. We meet from 1pm at Studio 2 (at the bottom of the ramp at the Leisure Waters). And you can watch others taking part in Triathlon in the pool. We'll start the Duathlon with a spin session lead by an instructor. After that we'll head to the track outside for 30 min running. And finally it's back to Studio 2 for tea/coffee and cake! Timetable: Pre-meet from 1pm Spin 2.45-3.15pm Transition Run 3.20-3.50pm Cake till 5pm
