About the course

Age level: 18+, but accompanied children (8+) can book on

Held at UHI Inverness Campus (IV2 5NA). This is a coached session and all abilities are most welcome. It's usually an interval session and everyone goes at their own speed. Accompanied children (8+) can book on and the adult needs to stay at Inverness Campus for the duration of the session. We meet at the wooden walkway (with the bike humps) opposite An Lochran (number 10) at 6.15pm for a 7.15pm finish. Meeting point: https://w3w.co/before.goals.less
