Weekly Training Schedule

We revise our schedule throughout the year. This is for Spring/Summer:  

  • Monday 7:30pm: Coached Track Running with the Harriers
  • Wednesday 6:00am: Coached pool swimming (Tonbridge School)
  • Thursday 6:00pm: Midweek social ride
  • Friday 6:30pm: Coached pool swimming (Tunbridge Wells)
  • Saturday 8.30am: Club Trail Run
  • Sunday 8.30am: Club Ride
