Weekly Training Schedule
We revise our schedule throughout the year. This is for Spring/Summer:
- Monday 7:30pm: Coached Track Running with the Harriers
- Wednesday 6:00am: Coached pool swimming (Tonbridge School)
- Thursday 6:00pm: Midweek social ride
- Friday 6:30pm: Coached pool swimming (Tunbridge Wells)
- Saturday 8.30am: Club Trail Run
- Sunday 8.30am: Club Ride
