UTC's 2023 season of events:

Sunday 19th March - Duathlon (Ulverston Leisure Centre)

Sunday 21st May - Pool Triathlon (Ulverston Leisure Centre)  

Course detail:

• SWIM - 400m. The swim will be 16 lengths of the Ulverston Leisure Centre 25m pool. All competitors will set off in waves depending on ability. 
• BIKE - 29km. The bike course will be an undulating out and back route along the scenic A5087 Coast Road between Ulverston and Rampside.
• RUN - 5km. The run course is a flat out and back route along Brick Kiln Road.
