9th December 2020 saw the Bayside AGM and Club Awards held virtually via Zoom.

There was a great turnout and our Chairman Lee Rhodes delivered his final Chairman's Report on what has been an unusual year to say the least. As the Club moves into its 7th year, the membership voted in/approved the Committee for 2021 including our new Chair Paul Jeram.

The Club Awards for 2020 were then presented, which saw some very deserving nominees, and some even more deserving winners:

• Unsung Hero Award - was presented to an almost speechless Howard Stinton
• Rising Star Award - went to the up and coming super athlete Tommy Blake
• Members Triathlete of the Year - went to 6-day LEJOG adventurer Rob Jump
• The Spirit of Triathlon Award - was presented, by himself to himself, to a very embarrassed Lee Rhodes
• The Chairman's Award - was presented to Club founder member and one of the pillars of the Club Erika Tavener
