Chairman: Chris Pugh
I have had the great honour of the role of Chairman of Belvoir Tri Club since October 2020. I became a member of the club shortly after my hip operation in 2014 and it’s been a real pleasure over the last several years to watch the club develop and grow. Members join BTC for all sorts of reasons, to help them get fit, to learn to swim, to develop their social circle with like minded individuals, to achieve new sporting goals from first time triathlon through to completing Ironman and to representing their country at age group level. Whatever the reason BTC helps people and most of all we pride ourselves on being the friendly club and my aim as Chairman is to enable all of these to happen.
Secretary & Press Officer: Vacant Positon
Treasurer: Annthea Fryer
Membership Secretary: Alistair Knott
I joined Belvoir Tri in 2015 to find some varied exercise after a very painful 2013 London Marathon. I loved the camaraderie of the club members right from the start and quickly accepted role of Membership Secretary. Lots of us are nervous about joining clubs and for the last 7 years I pride myself in explaining what the club is all about and making new members feel very welcome to our club. On the sport side I am an almost 60 year old slowbie but thanks to all the coaching and support from others, I have completed 3 half IM’s and still have a dream to complete a full one.
Welfare Officer: Scott Temperell
I've been a member of BRC since 2019. I initially joined as I wanted to complete a triathlon before I was 50 years old…. It all started with the swim & have now completed half a dozen sprint triathlons. My role is to support the welfare of the club & members. Please do not hesitate to contact me.
Welfare Officer: Louise Comfort
I have been a member of BTC since 2014 and was encouraged to join in order to improve my swim technique. In doing so I was introduced to open water swimming and, as a result of the wonderful coaches help, I found a passion for endurance swimming whether it be in a lake, river or sea. My role in the club is to look after your well being. If you need to talk or have a problem within the club, please do not hesitate in contacting me.
Social Coordinator: Suzanne Britz

I've been in the club since 2014 and started with cyling, the passion and enthusiasm in the club quickly rubbed off and next thing i know i am taking part in sprint triathlon. I have since gone on to do a number of middle and long distance events. My role is to keep the website updated with news, pics, etc.
Social Media Officer: Lisa Udall
I’m Lisa Udall and I am the clubs Social Media and Clothing co-ordinator which means I get to hear about all our members great achievements and provide them with our snazzy club colours.
I have been with the club for nearly 4 years now, within that time with the support and coaching sessions my swimming has gone from being scared to put my head in the pool water to confidently swimming in open water and I also completed my first sprint triathlon. I love that the club is for everyone and is exclusive for all abilities. I better not to forget the social aspect of the club too, cake and coffee?
Training Coordinator: Vacant Position
Clothing Coordinator: Jo McGrath
Events Coordtinator: Steve Rogers
I joined the club in 2018 having moved to Grantham from Maidstone, Kent. I started competing in triathlon’s in 2017 after a running injury meant I had to reduce my run mileage. Initially started with a Go Tri event, then a few relays with my son, a spot of open water swimming and now a few years on I’ve completed lots of club team relays, individual Sprint and Olympic distance events. The club really is so welcoming, supportive and encouraging regardless of what level you are competing at.
