FAQs

• How do I order club kit?

1. ​​​​​​​Access Ellmore Clothing from the BTC Club Portal above
2. The full kit list is available on the link above

• Are there minimum orders?

1. Only socks and aero socks have minimum orders of 50 and 10 respectively
2. Conatact the club clothing co-ordinator as the club may be holding stock of these items

• How long does it take from ordering to delivery, and where are items delivered?

1. Orders are normally processed within 1 working day of being accepted, unless communicated otherwise by email
2. Normal delivery timeline is between 4 and 5 weeks, there will be an approximate lead time upon confirmation of your order - ALL CLUB KIT IS MADE TO ORDER
3. Ellmore Clothing's contract with their courier is for delivery within 3 days of dispatch
4. Ellmore Clothing will deliver the goods to the address given when the order is placed

• Can Tri suits have pockets?

1. Yes, but this must be stipulated in the order notes box when ordering

• Can the zip of the Tri suit be on the back rather than the front?

1. Yes, but this must be stipulated in the order notes box when ordering

• Can kit be made to measure (bespoke measurements)?

1. Yes, but this must be stipulated in the order notes box when ordering - please stipluate the measurements you require

• Kit Faults

1. If there is a fault with kit, it can be returned within 14 days of purchase
2. Only unworn garments returned within the 14 days can be refunded
3. Purchasing an incorrect size does not constitute a fault with the garment
4. This guarantee is made in addition to your legal rights under the distance selling regulations. These provide you with the right to cancel without reason, at any time up to the end of the 7th working day after placing the order

• Returning Items & PayPal Refunds

1. ​​​​​​​Items must be unopened,  unused and in original packaging
2. Items returned at the senders (Your) cost and risk
3. Items paid for with PayPal will have payments refunded to the same account due to security reasons
