Congrats to Vince & Manish who took part at the British Middle Distance Championships - a 70.3 race at @outlawtriathlon Holkham.

Manish had a great race crossing the line in 06hr 11m, followed by Vince in 06hr 40m. Both who agreed the run was the toughest part of the race took advantage of the food stations to fuel them over the finish line.

On Saturday, it was the final Go Tri of the series.

Inspired by their children, some of our junior squad parents took part in the the Aquathlon (Swim/run) race and for some, it was there first ever multi sport event which meant pushing themselves out of their comfort zone.
