Weekly Run sessions

Our weekly coached sessions are structured, with a high intensity session building power and speed on a monday night at the track, followed by the thursday evening road run working on developing you new power for longer distances. we then encourage people to take part at their local saturday park run for their weekly long run. 

 

Coached sessions:

MONDAY:

Both Juniors and Adults run at the Moulton College track at 19:45 to 20:45, term time for the juniors and weekly for the adults.

The cost of these sessions is £3 for adults and is included in the juniors term fee.

 

THURSDAY:

The weekly runs are for the adults and meet up is a various locations througout the year: typically Abington Park in summer and Upton in the winter - please follow the facebook page fot the weeks meet place and session.

These are free to all and meeting time is 19:30 to 20:30

 

SATURDAY:

Your Local PARK RUN, we encourange members to use this to run in a group and to support local venues, these could be used as a all out time trial or at an effort to suit your training plan.
