Weekly Swim Sessions
Our pools swims are coached sessions with emphasis on developing the athelete where a typical session would include technique and conditioning work. The venue pools have lanes, which allows us to pair abilities: We cater for any ability from new to seasoned athletes, if you are a new swimmer: please contact info@northantstri.co.uk before booking a session so that we can assign you to a venue that has coaching cover for your needs,
Your swim coaches are there to help, please feel free to speak to them at training about anything swim related.

Adults from 20:00 to 21:00 weekly
WEDNESDAY:
Venue: Cripps
Adults from 20:00 to 21:00 weekly
SWIM KIT:
We do a lot of technique work, we use the equipment below to help focus on specific areas: these will make very handy additions to your kit bag - please bring them along.
Fins:
Assists with propultion during drills
Agility paddles:
Resistance paddles for strength work and promote hand position
Pull Buoy:
Used when we focus on upper arm technique work
Tempo Trainer:
a very handy beeper for pacing, and timings
