Do you only do triathlons?
Absolutely not. Whilst we are branded as a triathlon club, we do take part in other multi-sport activites such as: Duathlons, Aquathons, Aquabike, Ironman and Triathlons. Every year you will see a lot of members taking part in single or multi discispline events, the can cover anything from trail runs, to mountain biking to marathon swimming: some for competing, but mostly for fun. You are more than welcome to join us to train and/or particpate in any discipline- swim, cycle or run!
Do I need to be fit?
No! A good positive attitude is all that is needed. Whether you are training for your first 5K run, getting back into the pool for the first time in years, or to PB at your next event, training with a group of people is a really good motivator - working together, developing freindships and having fun is where the spirit of the club lies.

Certainly to race in a triathlon, yes! However if you do not yet own one, we can usually find a spare for you to borrow or recommned where to hire or buy locally; you will however need a helmet: it is compulsory to ride with a helmet at any club organsied session and all events that involve a cycling elements will also require this too.
