Box End Mixed Team Relay

The format is a team of 4, (2 x Female + 2 x Open category) with each athlete completing their own short triathlon before handing over to the next athlete.

Bedford Triathlon Team Relays

• Sunday 20th July 2025
• Box End Park, box End, Kempston, Bedford, MK43 8RQ
• Start Times 8.00am
• Chip Timed
• Swim 750m: Bike 23k : Run 5k
• A team consists of 3 athletes, who each complete the swim, the bike, and the run in relay; all three members of the team must complete each discipline in turn before the team moves on to the next discipline. All changeovers between team members take place in transition, In other words, 3 connected relay races using all three Triathlon disciplines.
