The Hemel Sprint Tri is back!

This is the perfect race for beginners and experienced triathletes alike. 

The race starts and finishes at Everyone Active Hemel Hempstead. You'll start with a 400m swim in the indoor pool, before heading out onto our undulating bike and run courses. 

If you want a fast and fun bike course, this 16km course is for you. With some flowing down hills, some tough uphill sections to test your legs, and lots of marshals to keep you safe and cheer you on. If you choose the super-sprint distance, you'll cover 8km and get the same enthusiastic marshals but bypass most of the hills.

You'll then head out for a 5k run that starts with a bit of an uphill, but finishes with a sweeping downhill in the second half as you return to Everyone Active. And if you don't fancy the run, we're offering an aqua-bike option this year as well as a relay option. 

This is a great race for all athletes, from absolute beginners through to seasoned athletes. Supported by Dacorum Triathlon Club, we have lots of marshals around on the day to help you if you're new to the sport.
