Our 'normal' training schedule provides at least two sessions a week for running and at least one session a week for cycling and swimming. This provides a core structure to club training yet allows time for other workouts where people's training needs vary e.g. a social longer run on a Saturday morning with coffee at the end or a race simulated session for those training for a specific event.
Take part in them all, or pick and choose the sessions that suit you.
Please also bear in mind that our coaches and leads are all volunteers with jobs, families and everything else. This might mean that provision will vary from time-to-time.
