*Pls note this session is not for those that swimslower than 2 min per 100m These sessions are for athletes that are at a competitive level. Sometimes these sessions will be uncoached (structured program to follow) Athletes attending these sessions will follow a program based on periodisation reflective to the coming months race season. Please adhere to lane etiquette and book into the correct lane based on your current CSS time not from when you were 20 yrs younger Please note there may also be youth athletes in the lane you are swimming in. Final note .... be prepared to work!
