We coach two groups, one for under 10’s (roughly) where agility, coordination and speed are developed through the medium of games and less formal running activities, and a group for older juniors where the emphasis is on developing an efficient running style and conditioning.
Coaching in both groups aims to build the confidence to participate in duathlons, aquathlons and triathlons. Participants are required to wear suitable shoes for running and clothing for the weather conditions.
Alternative running activities such as bike-run and open water swim- run brick sessions, and off-road group runs are organised on an intermittent basis.
