About the course
Coach: Bill Adsett
This coached run session is part of an 8 week programme that takes place 29 Oct 24 to 17 Dec 14. It is suitable for all abilities and takes place on tarmac arround 2 hill based circuits that starts from link top carpark (Newtown Rd, WR14 1PD). Dress for the weather and wear high viz. Each session will consist of a warm up and a warm down and is open to all abilities. The programme is designed to improve running form and will provide a chance to improve endurance and strength through improved running form.
