Tri a Trade

Tri a Trade

Malvern Triathlon Club members are a talented bunch, and in addition to the club-organised activities, the members offer a number of additional triathlon-related services as their own businesses. There is absolutely no obligation to use any of the services mentioned below, but they are shared as options for you to consider.

Sarah Williams - Milestone Swimming Club

Milestone Swimming Club was founded by Sarah in 2005 to fill the gap between swimming lessons and competitive clubs, but soon expanded to include adult swimming for all levels. Sarah has taught everyone from very nervous non-swimmers to those wanting to learn a new stroke or improve their existing ability, and triathletes some of whom have gone on to complete Ironman events. Wednesday term times 8pm to 9pm.

Janet Adsett - Jan's Yoga

Jan's Yoga seamlessly blends the offer of online sessions with in-person classes at The Studio, fostering mindfulness through expert guidance. Participants experience enhanced flexibility and improved mobility, creating a harmonious mind-body connection. Jan has a Level 4 diploma in yoga teaching and brings expertise from a career in teaching. She tries to offer yoga and something more…

This is what a participant said: I cannot put into words how wonderful last night was. From beginning to end it was perfect. It felt so tranquil and peaceful, the candles, the smell, the fire all added to the experience but most of all, was how you presented the class. You truly are born to teach. I have never been to a class with so much information but delivered in such a calm, relaxed way.  Contact:  janet_adsett@live.co.uk
