Tuesday run training

Coached run sessions are held every Tuesday, except during August, at various different venues around Malvern. The sessions are organised in 8-10 week blocks, and the training progresses throughout the block. 

Each session comprises a warm-up with dynamic stretching and an easy jog, a main set which is typically interval based with a particular objective aligned with the phase of the annual training cycle, and then a cool down with static stretches.

All sessions can be adapted to every ability level and are regularly attended by runners with 10k times between 38 mins and 1hr 10 mins.

Monthly Winter Social 5k and 10k runs

These events run monthly on a Sunday morning from October to March and are the best way to keep your running going over the winter!

Please arrive warmed up for a prompt 9:30 start. You will set off at 15s intervals and run the pre-set 5k or 10k hilly route as a self-timed time trial. You will need to be familiar with the route. The route is available on Strava here: https://www.strava.com/routes/2780870305284879600

All abilities are welcome. Chase a PB, enjoy a gentle trot round, or add it as part of a longer training run - the choice is yours, but there will be some great #teamjade support to cheer you in on the finish line! And hopefully a sociable coffee and a chat afterwards.
