Tuesday run training

Coached run sessions are held every Tuesday, except during August, at various different venues around Malvern. The sessions are organised in 8-10 week blocks, and the training progresses throughout the block. 

Each session comprises a warm-up with dynamic stretching and an easy jog, a main set which is typically interval based with a particular objective aligned with the phase of the annual training cycle and then a cool down with static stretches.

All sessions can be adapted to every ability level and are regularly attended by runners with 10k times between 38 mins and 1hr 10 mins.
