Transition Training

Transition is the 4th discipline of triathlon and it is good to practice it.  We run 2 sessions each year where you can come along with all your gear and run through the whole sequence of events from race chein, through the initial set upof the transition area and finishing with all the sequence events from leaving the water to crossing the finishing line with style.  We will give you best proctice and allow you to learn experientially.  The next transition sessions will take place on an evening in April and May.  dates will be published in Jan 23.
