Transition Training

Transition is the 4th discipline of triathlon and it is good to practice it.  We run 2 sessions each year where you can come along with all your gear and run through the whole sequence of events for your race, starting with the initial set up of the transition area and finishing with a run through the full sequence of events from leaving the water to crossing the finishing line with style.  We will give you best proctice and allow you to learn experientially.  The next transition sessions will take place on evenings in April and May.  dates will be published in Jan 23.
