Tuesday RUN

Coach Colin is in charge for week 5 of this 11 week block. Meet 7pm at Malvern College grass track off Court Road. During this block we will be working on 5k pace using several different interval sets  It will be longer endurance reps again this week. All abilities welcome and accommodated. We will be on the track until the end of June, and back on Peachfield Common during July. FREE FOR MEMBERS, BUT PLEASE BOOK IN.

Wednesday SWIM  - will resume in October 

Srength & Conditioning 

Our excellent online Strength & Conditioning classes with Coach Bill are back this week with Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri  early bird sessions at 6:30am. These sessions are great for building triathlon-specific strength and preventing injury 💪 Join the member's S&C WhatsApp group for the Zoom link, the latest scheduling details and more info on each class. 

Weekend turbo - has finished as we all head outside to ride, but there will be pop up sessions if the weather is bad.
