Monday SPIN

Kingspin with Coach Colin and Activator Sarah continues this Monday at the Splash! Week 4 of 8 😄 Arrive 19:00 to set up and start at 19:10.

Saddle up on your Throne and see what progression can be made over the 8 weeks as we build endurance for the racing season. Don't be a Coronation chicken, Come-illa and join us!😄

Tuesday RUN

Join Coach Jayne on Peachfield Common on Tues at 19:15 for the final block of run training this season before the summer break. Its time for a change of scene and to enjoy the grass under our feet in the sunshine! (hopefully) 😎 We'll be mixing it up a bit, with hill sprints for power & strength 💪 and longer intervals for endurance. We'll make a steady start and build the intensity gradually as we progress through the block 😄 All abilities welcome - we'll be running short loops, no-one will be left behind and you'll be able to do as much or as little as you wish 👍🏼

Wednesday SWIM - resumes in October

Now we are all out in the lake enjoying open water swimming and racing, the coached pool swim sessions are having a summer break and will resume in early October.

Thursday S&C

Online Strength & Conditioning class with Coach Bill this week will be by video due to work commitments. This session is great for building triathlon-specific strength and preventing injury 💪 Join the Running and S&C WhatsApp group for the link.
