Monday Spin Classes
From October to April we run 3 x 10 week blocks of 'spin' classes in the Malvern Splash spin studio. These are high energy classes with music, working at varying power and cadence for a triathlon specific workout.
Venue: Malvern Splash spin studio
Time: Mondays at 7:10pm - check booking page for dates of next block.
Cost: £1.50 members/£4.50 non-members
Cycling and Transition Skills
Cycling and transition skills are key to triathlon success and also need practice.
We run ad hoc coached sessions each year at Stourport Sports Club track where we have exclusive use of the track for a 2 hr period.
You can come along with all your gear and practice your cycling skills on the track, and also have a safe space to run through the whole sequence of events for your race, starting with the initial set up of the transition area and finishing with a run through from leaving the water to crossing the finishing line with style. We will give you best practice and allow you to learn experientially.

Social cycling
Club members are encouraged to use the 'Social Cycling' WhatsApp group to advertise their planned rides and find some like-minded company. Coffee and cake stops usually feature!
Winter Turbo Sessions
Join other members of the club in a Zwift turbo ride from the comfort of youe own home. These are arranged each weekend over the winter months when road cycling can be less appealing! Normally lasting 45 mins to an hour you can undertake your own workout, but have some company and chat while you do it.
