Coach: Bill Adsett
How you run determines how far and fast you run and also how much stress you place on your body. This programme will work on endurance and you will run continuously for two 15 minute blocks. We will look at your form and conduct strength training as well as reflective coaching to improve the following characteristics: - Mobility of the leg from toes to hip. - Running Form. - Forefoot strikes. - Leg stance. - Knee drive. - Takeoff. - Cadence.
