Training schedule

Our normal training schedule provides at least two sessions a week for swimming, running and cycling.

Take part in them all, or pick and choose the sessions that suit you.

During the coronavirus restrictions we have been following guidance from the British Triathlon Federation to restart training safely. As a result we are currently holding only a limited number of sessions.

To take part you must be a club member, you must have completed a health questionnaire, you must book in advance and you must not take part if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 or have been told to self-isolate.
