Work through a programme of interval training through the winter, gradually building power and endurance. Every session begins with a structured warm-up and ends with a warm down. The club sessions are run via Zoom. The session coach will lead participants through the session via a webcam. All you need to take part is a bike that is connected to a turbo trainer.
