Training schedule

Our training schedule provides at least two sessions a week for swimming, running and cycling.

Take part in them all, or pick and choose the sessions that suit you.

Beginning on 29 March 2021 we are able to hold a limited number of sessions, following British Triathlon Federation guidance. We will follow BTF guidance again as the lockdown restrictions are eased.

To take part in a training session you must be a club member, you must have completed a health questionnaire, you must book in advance and you must not take part if you are displaying any symptoms of Covid-19 or have been told to self-isolate.

The health questionnaire can be accessed from under the membership tab.

Please pay in advance if you can via our online system but do make sure you book onto the session you have paid for too. This allows us to manage booking numbers, which are limited due to Covid-19 restrictions.
