Beginners and return to swimming course

 I'm excited to announce the Club will be offering a 4-week swim course designed for beginners, those who have been out of the water for a while or swimmers who need to develop their skills before joining the main swim. This session is ideal for those new to triathlon training or recovering from injury or illness.

The sessions will be led by the highly experienced David Foster. Sessions will look to develop stamina and technique, with clear and helpful feedback.
