The Club will trial a new running session, starting on 5 May 23 for 4 weeks.
The sessions will focus on running drills and efficiency. Running fitness and speed are not required. This course will build the foundations of your running or help you to improve your technique.
Date: every other Friday, starting on 5th May

Duration: 60 minutes
Notes: outside session- come prepared for the weather!
