Tri3 Sleaford Triathlon Club are holding a small and friendly duathlon 1st Oct 23. This event is great for those wanting to give triathlon or duathlon a try, experienced athletes having one last race of the season, or perhaps those who haven't raced for a while but are keen to get back.

There are only 30 places up for grabs, so book now to avoid disappointment. The course is fully marshalled and being held under permit from the British Triathlon Federation (BTF) - permit awaited.

All held on quiet country lanes.

The course

• Run One  3km 

An out and back route from the Pavilion under the A17 along foothpaths and country lanes.

• Cycle - 10km 

A loop starting and finishing at Heckington Pavilion, following a flat course through the quiet roads of the local villages.

• Run Two - 1km

A loop of the playing field at the Pavilion.
