NTC's heroes of 2021 honoured

Newcastle Tri Club’s heroes and winners of 2021 were honoured at the club’s annual awards ceremony on Saturday 12 February, 2022.

Around 80 club members gathered at the Alsager Golf and Country Club to celebrate the year’s achievements.

Harrison took the prestigious club championship prize in the men’s category and Michelle Marshall won the club championships in the women’s category.

Eammon Clowes was winner of the junior boys' competition and Francesca Jackson was the girls' champion.

The winners are decided from the age graded places of the club’s athletes in the annual club championships.

Master of ceremonies Richard Hall entertained the audience with a review of the year, while club chair Karen Dennett introduced the event.
